Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

This Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie tastes like your favorite oatmeal cookies but it completely healthy. Gluten free, dairy free & no refined sugars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon flaked coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • 2 in medium-sized ripe bananas frozen and peeled (yellow color - not green or brown)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place the rolled outs and coconut in your blender and process until oats are a fine powder (about 30 seconds). Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour & enjoy!
